Our PoliciesPaymentThe designs, site name, hosting and all other aspects of the site will remain property of Extima until payment is made in full. After discussions with a designer you will be given a detailed quote. When the quote is accepted, we will set up a payment plan to fit your needs. All costs outside of design (hosting, carts, etc.) will be paid in full up front. A refundable deposit will be paid in advance until a beta site can be created for your approval. When the beta version is accepted, payment will normally be requested on a biweekly basis. Contracts A contract will be drawn up with your estimate after initial consultation. And remember all consultation is free! Privacy Extima will not disclose any of the information about you nor your company nor any details about the contract between you and Extima to any outside sources. We do reserve the right to use your site for demonstration purposes as an example of our design work in all forms of media.
